Your wellbeing is important

So, what are you doing right now? How are you feeling? How do you take care of yourself?

I work with many clients and most of them put their family commitments, job and the well being for others before themselves. During our one to one sessions, I use essential oils and breathing techniques combined with massage techniques to rebalance my clients and ground them.

It amuses many of my clients when I ask them how they nurture and look after themselves.

Are you taking care of yourself?

Looking after our mental health and well being is really important. It is important to be kind to ourselves, eating food to nourish us ( I always love salads which have bright vibrant colours) talking well about ourselves, enjoying as much outdoors and nature as we can, also, loving all of our body parts and accepting who we are.

Breathe … What changes do you need to make today?

First of all, decide what boundaries you should put in place to ensure that work, family, friends , lovers are not draining your energies and leaving you feeling depleted.

What excites you? What makes you laugh? Who inspires you?

Spend a little time today checking in with yourself.

Baby steps are the best way to make changes. How can you make these changes?

Talking to people about how you are feeling and asking for help is really important. Above all, tell people who matter how much you love them.

Life has so many possibilities. Autumn is the season of change.
